1. Prior reservations and bookings shall be offered on nonrefundable basis.

2. Valid photo identity is a must for stay at hotel, without the same allotment of rooms hall not be made in any circumstance.

INDIAN CITIZEN : Driving License, Passport, Election Cards, Address Proof Govt. Approved
OTHER THAN INDIAN CITIZENS : Visa, Passport

3. For govt., legal and judicial paper requirements guests need to cooperate at the time of check in, check out or throughout the stay at our hotel.

4. In any lockers (if available in rooms), in rooms and other areas within the hotel premises, we do not take any responsibility of theft, misplace or mishandling of precious accessories, items or jewelry carried by the guests.

5. Any precious belongings, jewelry, cash, electronic goods, laptops or any other thing if to be left in room, without fail it has to be strictly informed to reception desk executive or shall leave in safe locker / arrangement available with hotel management.

6. Rates and tariff are subject to change without prior notice or intimation. It will be advisable to check and confirm for prevailing rates before check in.

7. Room tariff displayed on website does not include Govt. taxes and applicable levies.

8. All the payments shall be made in favour of "Hotel Prudent".

9. The check out time is 24 hours.

10. Any legal consequence, dispute, difference of opinion or grievance shall be firstly intimated to Hotel Management and if, not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, should be a subject to Vadodara jurisdiction.
